Yes, You can make an icecream without an icecream maker, just practice, everything is practice.
MAKING VANILLA ICECREAM WITHOUT AN ICECREAM MACHINE:
INGREDIENTS:
-2 cups of Sweetened Condensed milk
-2 cups (500ml) of Cold Whipping Cream/Heavy cream
-2 teaspoons of Vanilla extract
-Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1. In a bowl mix together Condensed milk and Vanilla exract. (or whatever flavor you want to use)
Step 2. In another bowl, Pour the Cold Whipping cream.
Step 3. Whip/ Beat the whipping cream on high speed untill it forms a stiff peak (see the pictures below)
Step 4: Now Add step 1(condensed milk+vanilla) and the whipped cream together (step 3).
Step 5: -mix them well and pour the mixture into an airtight container, cover the container and store in a freezer until 6-8 hours or overnight.
-After six to 8 hours your Vanilla Icecream will be ready,serve and ENJOY!
NOTE: Step 3 Explanations: You can beat the whipping cream using three methods;
( i) Using the Whisk tool
OR
3 (ii)Using the Electric hand mixer
OR
3(iii) Using the Blender
